Donation Call Center Associate
Description: Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County is looking for an enthusiastic individual to work in our Donation Call Center with the optional pportunity to also be a sales associate.
Employment Status: Part time, Saturdays a must.
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be available to work weekends
- Good communication skills
- Great computer and phone skills
- Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and return donor phone calls
- Scheduling donations
- Answer donor questions, relay donor pick up times, reschedule pick ups
- Facilitating donor acknowledgements
- Assist pick up Drivers with any issues
- Organize pick up schedules, logistics
- Manage Corporate donation pickups
