Donation Call Center Associate

Description:  Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County is looking for an enthusiastic individual to work in our Donation Call Center with the optional pportunity to also be a sales associate.

Employment Status:  Part time, Saturdays a must.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Good communication skills
  • Great computer and phone skills
  • Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and return donor phone calls
  • Scheduling donations
  • Answer donor questions, relay donor pick up times, reschedule pick ups
  • Facilitating donor acknowledgements
  • Assist pick up Drivers with any issues
  • Organize pick up schedules, logistics
  • Manage Corporate donation pickups

      Compensation is experience based    Employee 20% Discount (some exclusions apply)    Optional matching 401K    Flexible Hours
